Cirencester-based N4 Solutions takes part in through-the-night bike baton relay
to raise money for bikes4Africa
Staff at local business, N4 Solutions, an Experian® company, based in Poulton, near
Cirencester, will be taking part in a through-the-night bike baton relay in order to
raise money for the charity project, bikes4Africa.
Two teams, including eight people from N4 Solutions (N4), one of the UK?s leading
providers of technology solutions for the mortgage and wealth management industries,
will participate in a 12 hour overnight bicycle relay race to raise money for the
project. Bikes4Africa is supported by UK-based charity, Jole Rider, and provides
bikes for school children in Africa.
Steve Jones, managing director of N4, commented: "At N4 we are strongly committed
to giving something back to the local community. We like to support charities local
to the Gloucestershire area, but we also like to help worthy causes
abroad. Bikes4Africa provides bicycles for children who would otherwise have to
walk many miles to school so, by offering our support, we hope that the charity will
benefit a whole community of African school children. Thousands of African children
do not get an education, simply because the distance to school is too far to walk.
Having a bike can make the difference between getting an education, and not."
The event will be held at Hullavington Airfield, Chippenham, Wiltshire starting at
8 pm on Saturday 20th September running through the night until 8 am on Sunday 21st

Bikes4Africa is a project run by the UK registered charity, Jole Rider, providing
quality, refurbished bikes, by volunteer engineers, to African secondary schools.
Bikes come to Jole Rider from recycling centres, other charities and individual donors.
