N4 Solutions helps The Mortgage Works attain Gold standard at Mortgage Strategy
Technology Services Awards
N4 Solutions (N4), an Experian company and one the UK's leading providers of
multi-channel distribution and fulfilment technology for mortgages and wealth management,
has helped The Mortgage Works (TMW) win a Gold standard at last night's Mortgage
Strategy Technology Services Awards.
Through achieving the Awards' Gold standard, TMW has been recognised for its technological
excellence, thanks to N4's technology and expertise.
N4 has implemented a mortgage point-of-sale solution for TMW, a subsidiary of Nationwide,
which currently has 21,000 mortgage brokers registered to use TMW Online. The solution
offers brokers a signature-less application process together with a point of sale
offer facility. It collects fees online and submits automated applications to TMW's
originations system.
The Awards are based on the Mortgage Lender Intermediary Technology - Benchmark
Study compiled by Frank Eve Consulting. This study gives the industry's most detailed
view of mortgage lenders' online technology. The Mortgage Strategy Technolody Services
Awards' Gold standard recognises exceptional technologocial and online performance
for both mortgage lenders and their technology companies.
