N4 launches desktop AVMs
N4 Solutions, a leading supplier of compliant point-of-sale solutions to the UK
financial services industry, has introduced desktop valuations (via Hometrack) as
part of its market-leading Mortgage Point-of-Sale (MPOS) software.
Desktop valuations strengthen N4’s position within the mortgage industry.
The new functionality will be made available to all existing N4 customers and will
be provided as standard for all new MPOS implementations.
Andrew Doherty, Chief Technology Officer, N4 Solutions comments; “The addition
of the AVM to our existing decisioning and fee collection facilities enables our
clients to deliver mortgage offers in real-time at the point of sale.”
Steve Jones, CEO, N4 Solutions continues; “There is increasing demand from
both the broker community and the general public for offer documents to be produced
at the point of sale. This is fast becoming a “must have” facility for
lenders wishing to compete effectively. Furthermore, the resulting reduction in
processing costs makes this a genuine win-win for both lender and borrower.”
N4’s clients include: Nationwide, Portman Building Society, Barclays, Intrinsic
and Norwich & Peterborough.
