N4Solutions launches mortgage originations at point of sale
N4Solutions, the UK's leading provider of point-of-sale technology to the financial
services industry, is extending its product set to include mortgage originations
at point of sale.
Traditionally, origination systems have been deeply embedded in the back office,
making it extremely difficult to deploy across all distribution channels.
This, combined with the fact that lenders are finding it increasingly difficult
to differentiate on price alone, has created a requirement for the customer experience
to be as complete and seamless as possible. Introducing originations at point of
sale goes a long way to achieving this.
N4's point of sale technology already supports multi-channel, multi product distribution
and includes a number of components that facilitate originations at point of sale.
As such, N4 is now actively extending its product set by launching a full mortgage
origination system including rules based underwriting, online valuations and the
issue of unconditional offers at point of sale. Furthermore, N4 is already in discussions
with a number of leading mortgage providers, highlighting the demand for this service.
Steve Jones, CEO of N4Solutions, comments. "N4Solutions is already established as
the UK's leading strategic point-of-sale technology provider to the financial services
industry. This extension to our product further demonstrates our commitment to remaining
at the forefront of our market".
