Norwich and Peterborough: we are delighted to announce our newest client
The Norwich and Peterborough Building Society has implemented N4's browser-based
solution to enable the provision of financial planning advice through its retail
network. Initially N4 will support face-to-face and call centre sales, although
the solution is capable of supporting fully integrated channel distribution.
N&P has a reputation for innovation, being one of the pioneers in the UK of
Internet Banking: now all its savings accounts are available online. N4 has provided
it with a point of sale solution which can be modified in line with the demands
of the business, its customers, and regulators.
The N4 product suite covering mortgages and financial planning allows a single customer
engagement to be undertaken in a number of stages across any distribution channels.
The system covers all the associated need areas - from initial appraisal to detailed
need analysis and solution shaping.
In addition, the solution has been fully integrated with Marlborough Stirling's
Officeweb and Exweb quotation portal. The implementation also includes comprehensive
disconnected laptop operation allowing complete mobile support for N&P's Financial
Planners, wherever they may be seeing customers - in an N&P branch, or at the
customer's home or place of work.
