"N4 Solutions has a healthy attitude to the work-life balance. Sarah Armstrong is 37 and lives in Cricklade in Wiltshire. She is married and enjoys clay pigeon shooting and walking her two dogs.

"Having worked in the telecommunications sector previously, N4 offered me the opportunity to move into the financial services sector, which greatly appealed to me.

N4's approach to the work life balance is very different to any company I've worked for before and I see this approach reflected in the happy faces around the office.

I joined quite recently so over the next few months I will be stepping up to the challenging role of test team lead, and will be liaising with analysts and developers, supporting the project manager and guiding the testing whilst still being 'hands on' myself.
