Working with C# and SQL Server in a .NET framework 2.0 and 3.5 environment, you will need experience of the full software development life-cycle with an understanding of object oriented and service oriented architectures. The ability to work as part of a small team in a fast paced project environment is essential.
Minimum 2 years experience in software testing and techniques. ISEB qualification and Financial Services experience would be beneficial but not a pre-requisite. Depending upon experience, you may need to be comfortable with taking the lead tester role in a fast moving development environment and possess the ability to assess risk and make decisions based upon this.
